Welcome to the New Empire State Waterslide Retreat! An amazing destination for families and friends seeking a fun and relaxing getaway. Our home is designed to accommodate large groups and has everything necessary to create the perfect vacation experience. This lovely one-story Tuscan-style home has 7 bedrooms, and 6 full baths (5 bedrooms with ensuite) at 3,600+ sq ft. Situated in a significant part of town within a gated community, it provides complete privacy and more than enough space.

♥A two-night minimum is required for pool heating, while there is no minimum required for spa-only heating.♥

House Rules:
1. No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. The house can hold up to 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage (if the light games are folded up). No Street parking or no horizontal parking. We do have off-site parking options two blocks away in another neighborhood.
4. No parties or events are allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. The booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed on-site
8. ID Verification Check
9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
10. Max guest count: 16 guests during both the day and night.
11. No deliveries to the home without prior approval as we may not have access to postal box
